Bearbeiten Einstellungen - Skin - there You find a menue where You can change Skins. The selected skin will become active after restarting k-meleon. Newly downloaded skins are unpacked in skins folder first - and You make sure they have the same folder structure as the ones there - that is because not all skin makers pack them the same way.
