I wasjust surfing with k-meleon and,,, To make a long story short I went to close K-meleon down, I looked up and all the topics, writting on the left hand side on top of the toolbars........ are gone. And I mean bookmarks, tools, edit, they are all gone. I can't do anything becuase there are nothing to click on. The icons are there star,arrows,printer, but there words are gone!!!!!Under the

Ok listen up, browsers like IE, Opera, Avant, Maxthon allow you to put over twenty of your top urls in the address bar. They stay in there for you to use over and over again. K-meleon puts in the address bar every search that you doeven it it's not on the browser, everyplace you go, every login are all put into the addressbar. That pushes out the urls that you put in. I loaed in twenty urls

For the first question I went to edit, preferences,to when a typed url fails to load, unchecked it, used a bookmark it's put it in the address bar, loggin in on homepage same, I know firefox 3.0 had the same problem and there is a string that needs to be entered. I don't think it would work with K-Meleon.

I just started using K-Meleon late yesterday and I can see alot of foxfire in it, but I have two questions. One how do stop searches and anything I do ending up in the address bar. All I want in the addrs bar is urls. Is it like foxfire that I'm going to put in about:config and then change a string? I'm getting a new computer and I need to know the basics of K-Meleon.
