Quoteguenter A dying species, their OS provider has (unlike IBM) the policy that an OS has a life cycle of 5 years */-. No security updates after that, no updates for shipped apps like players and most of all NO NEW COMPILERS which should take care of those that are too "stubborn". And that are not buying new hardware for one reason or the other. If they put now $$ into circulation

Quotereeko124 I have just fixed my sister's boss's computer. It wouldn't boot up at all. I had to use my puppy linux livecd to copy over files to repair it. It took me roughly 5 hours to diagnose and fix it. What should I charge? BTW there is a ton of malware on it and they have a program that finds it but don't remove it. I am waiting to see if they will let me install a

QuoteDorian If you want to compile mozilla, just check the instructions at developer.mozilla.org. Instructions in the kmeleon wiki are obsolete, only the .mozconfig is relevant. Hi Dorian.. Thanks for answering i really apreciate it.. All i want to do is to learn how to build a distribution ..A K-meleon one.. A old one if 1.5 is so tricky to build...I stumbled across K-meleon I liked it
