QuoteJody Thornton Also to echo some of Pale As The Moon's sentiment, following in Pale Moon's lead might provide a quick fix to the Facebook issues I posted about. That thread keeps dying from lack of interest around here, but these things should be top of mind, if there is any future for K-Meleon's user base. try this user-agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Trident/7.0; Touc

thanks panz, i'm around just don't have the time to contribute as before. "life is a journey" smallhagrid, i think you will be satisfied with 1.1 and should process the certificates that 1.0 rejects.

this sound like an ECC certificate issue which isn't supported by gecko 1.8.0 or lower and if you're on XP, your only option is gecko browser as other browser engines rely on the system supported certificates and ECC support starts at vista. either case, your best bet is to use k-meleon 1.1(gecko 1.8.1). you can strip it down to make it just as lite as 0.1, disable layers/kplugins et

it's no longer required to hex the binary as they secure icons are over ridden by the ico files in skins\default folder sbroken.ico sinsecur.ico ssecur.ico replace those icons in the future but since you've already hexed your binary, renaming those ico files or deleting them will point back to the icons in the binary.

dta is limited in kmeleon due mostly to overlay eventlistener functions than gui. it should queue however in both 1.5 and 1.6..the window resizing is because of a xulbug in 1.6 so it's better to open the addurl in new window. clear your cache and download this version http://kmext.sourceforge.net/extensions/kmdta-limited.7z it's important to clear your cache before downloading or y

it's a 1.7 xul bug that's throwing the errors with select policy.. if 1.7 is finalised the regular extension should work fine. this version should work with 1.7alpha http://kmext.sourceforge.net/iol/kmpolicies-tf1.7.7z

i don't think it really affects kmeleon, i had a hard time to test the script in kmeleon because thee search results in google were direct without google tracking. it started to show the google track links when i changed the useragent to firefox and for certain results..potential marketing searches like samsonite or samsung or 'ford dealers' but when keyword was 'test' or

you mean in 1.5? there's a slight css displacement but js loads fine..there's ajs loading problem in kmeleon 1.6 like the actions menu, it's a sniffer bug and will be fixed if you change the user agent to firefox tools>useragent>firefox 3.5 flickr=yahoo (not the smartest of the bunch)

Quoteadodupan Disrupted, you are the best. This is a challenge for me. Your code runs tor in silent mode, is it possible to run tor in silent mode without your script, i prefer just xul. i think i ran into a couple of firefox addons that executed external executables, i believe they were for some sort of authentication for x-auth. i am not sure if they can run with hidden parameters.. xul will

i don't think you can manually edit the cookies.txt file without changing its structure and probably corrupting it. since the cookie is intact in firefox.. try this. first install this extension in kmeleon http://kmext.sourceforge.net/extensions/cookman.7z then install this extension in firefox http://kmext.sourceforge.net/iol/addeditcookiesff.xpi it's the same extension but
