moz_places is the table for the normal history. The column you are pointing to, is the title of the visited page. Those aren't the words in the form elements. Just in case you thought it. BTW, where is the Clear "Form History" option in a default K-meleon 75.0 install? I can't see it in Tools menu.

The behavior is the same as Firefox or Seamonkey. You can't save background images directly. As simple as that. To accomplish, would involve to check every html element below the mouse pointer click for a background image and guess which one the user wants to save/view, as there are nested html elements.
