The CSS adblocker (Tools > Privacy > Block Advertisement) is, as userContent.css, to change how the content is displayed on a site, but can be switched on/off dynamically.
As so, it doesn't block, but hide ads and, if used as so, change site design.
Any stylesheet would be obsolete the same way that advertising techniques change from time t
