When I go to CNBC's main site http://www.cnbc.com it forces k-meleon to http://m.cnbc.com (CNBC's mobile site) with less content. How can I get it to not see k-meleon as a mobile browser? I have about 10 user agents and none of them do it. It lets IE 6.0 open www.cnbc.com. thanks

Looking for bat file to open websites in multiple tabs of one window. The following bat file opens websites in new windows, not in multiple tabs of one window. There's probably a simple mod to this file that will work? @ECHO OFF SET BROWSER=c:\k-meleon\k-meleon.exe SET WAIT_TIME=2 START %BROWSER% "mail.yahoo.com" @ping 127.0.0.1 -n %WAIT_TIME% -w 1000 > nul START %BROW

This helps. But it seems I must rt. click the java button to get the "content manipulation" window to open. Is there a way to enable/disable the actual "content manipulation" function by simply toggling the toolbar button directly without the extra step? If not, this will suffice. Thanks.

Is there a way to add a toolbar button to enable/disable the "javascript content manipulation" (disable rollovere effects) option. I would like quick access to this without going to F2 > javascript > content manipulation. But its not one of the options in the tollbars.cfg file. Can it be added? Thanks

You are right it's the site, not the browser. Actually, ATT must have made a change to their web site in the last week or two. And it now works with K-meleon! I just logged in for the first time in nearly two weeks and it's definitly different And it looks a bit different too. K-meleon can now access the bills, payments, etc. I also logged in using IE 6.0 and and the look has chan

I get the following error message (in text, not flash) when I log in using IE6.0, BUT I can still log in and access my account. I just ignore the error message. The browser that you are using is not supported by AT&T's website. You may continue to explore the site, but many features and layout elements may not work or display properly. Currently supported browsers: Fi

The only site I cant log into is ATT account (ATT.com) login. ATT claims it uses flash but I have that plugin. No problem accessing ATT and other sites on this same PC with IE 6.0. Trying various user agents with k-meleon doesnt help. I can access usair.com reservations using k-meleon on this PC which seems to run flash as well. ATT says they don't support k-meleon if that matters. ques

I'm not sure your info is what I'm looking for. I'm looking to make k-meleon my default browser. So if I click on an HTML, HTM, or URL shortcut, i want k-meleon to open, NOT IE. I dont care much about the user agents. I care to have windows recognize k-meleon as the default browser. But i want to do this by editing some file, not by F2 > browsing > set as default browser.

How can I change the default browser from IE to k-meleon by editing a file and NOT by using the F2 > Browsing .... ? Similar to changing default browser to netscape whereby you edit prefs.js from false to true. "user_pref("browser.wfe.ignore_def_check", true)". Any easy edit like this in k-meleon ?

I would like to have a bat file to turn on/off javascript. F2 > javascript > enable javascript I would like to be able to enable or diasble using a single mouse click without haing to go into the preferences which takes 4 mouse clicks to change. If I knew what file is changed by this, i could easily do a bat file, but I dont know where its changed. Please help.
