There should be an RSS reader under Tools menu and you could add pages RSS urls, if they have that service available. But all the web, on RSS... there used to be online parsers for webpages, but not all pages can be parsed to an RSS XML compatible file.

From above: http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?19,154431,157467#msg-157467 QuoteKM2005 UPDATE July 4 2023: Nowadays, seems it depends on waiting days for Cloudflare to work on their end. Try multiple hours of a day and if it doesn't allow access on multiple attempts; then there's a good chance it won't allow access the following day or concurrent days. Then, some followin

Yes, as siria tells in the kmm file header. But changing the user agent won't fix this: http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?19,146040,157427,page=6#msg-157427 Today anti-spam/bots/parsers measures really require the latest javascript functions. That won't be provided by any K-meleon version for latest "checks". Only latest Chromium based browsers, Firefox and maybe

No, that is just a false positive. If at least there were some kind of virus name there... but just say malicious, doesn't mean anything. The reasons why it has marked that way is just unknown. At least Jotti tells the "virus" that is that is just uses a packer, what is common on executables. Nothing to worry about: https://virusscan.jotti.org/en-US/filescanjob/p29usiid0v

And what theme is that? I can't find out. Please try to provide more information when requesting for help. Try to go to "Edit Menu > Preferences" and on GUI section play with the fullscreen settings. Or "Edit Menu > Configuration > Profile Directory", close K-meleon and edit the prefs.js file, after backup it, to change the preference kmeleon.plugins.f

I confirm that the latest build can't bypass the CloudFlare "security check", as reported on this thread: http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?3,157399,157399#msg-157399 I guess there is nothing to do, right, roytam :-? ?

Refer to its thread if you are using the latest Goanna build: http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?19,154431 I can't test right now with reCaptcha and the latest Goanna build, let's see if others can give feedback. P.S.: technically this subfoum is for bugs in the K-meleon shell (what K-meleon actually is), not in the engine.

hCaptcha doesn't work on latest K-meleon Goanna build in what it looks several javascript errors that might or might not be the culprit. The curious thing is that it works on old K-meleon Gecko 75.0.

@kmln-user above reports that what wasn't working with habbo.com is the hCaptcha bot protection. http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?19,154431,157358#msg-157358 Quotekmln-user This has to do with hCaptcha not responding again. Strangely enough it does work using Windows Sandbox (Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise 10.0.22621), but not without using Sandbox (Microsoft Windows 11 Pro

K-meleon interface doesn't have that plasticity as of Firefox's themes. But you can reduce the size of the toolbar (once you select to show it) to just its icon by adjusting the toolbar control that appears (a vertical bar) when you uncheck Lock Toolbars on "view > toolbars menu". You could then drag it to the left or your right. Then, with a just a left click it will

Are you using this build?: http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?19,154431 I see a language barrier, but, could you give more details? Version you are using, operating system, example sites (if they don't violate your privacy), screenshots (if not private), etc. Have in mind that, even using the build above, the newest sites won't work perfectly.

QuoteWasiFH Please guide me the steps; I mean: I make a description of a topic, get screenshots, then what? have to email to JH? Oh, no, please, I don't have enough time. What you can do is edit/create new wiki pages, or ask RJJIII for help, despite the help to edit the wiki isn't too bad, to append new pages to the docs pages. http://kmeleonbrowser.org/docs.php QuoteWasiFH ED

Users, even registered, can't attach files. There is only one exception: the customization category subforums. Or, in other words, the contribution subforums. If you want to post files on another subforum, you need to use a file sharing hosting, or your web server or similar options. If you don't mind, after the doubt is solved I would like to merge this thread with the Support

I don't think I could give more advices at this point No clue what could be happening. But... QuoteMello User is the same name on both laptops and k-m is in the same location/path. Have in mind that username, to Windows, means nothing for security purposes. That is only the friendly name for the UserID and, so, the same username on different Windows installations have different use

Could be a permissions problem with the profile files if it was previously in a Windows profile directory (not a generic permissions folder). Help Menu > Troubleshooting > Check Privilege Also, check manually file permissions for the K-meleon profile files. Does Preferences panel > K-meleon plugins > Netscape Bookmarks keep the file path? If it not, most likely would be a

I swear I knew you were going to ask that XD At the line when you replaced the above, before the closing parenthesis, add a ", 0" (without the quotes a comma and an integer index). Note, anyway, that the index won't work always, as it depends on several factors. Reference: setmenu macro language function documentation

QuoteMichael Sattler Thank you so much John, it works! Is there a way to move the menu item from the SendTo-submenu to the top of the right-click menu? Replace, on either macro file (my dumb fix or siria's enhancement): $_SendTo_Link To: "LinkPopup"

QuoteMichael Sattler But is it possible, that an external link (of which I have control over the html href link code) clicked in KM opens in Firefox? Directly, no. In the past I tried to hook/change the default left-click behaviour and... well, lets say that it wasn't a good idea... (somewhere in the forum are my experiences). But, right-clicking and using a menu entry to do that

QuoteWasiFH QuoteJohnHellI'm of those aliens that don't use tabs so no clue. I wonder you don't use tabs? really? On K-meleon, no. On occasional secondary browsers, yes, because it doesn't worth the hassle of configure it differently for a couple of pages, but I'm not fan of it at all.

QuoteKalle Melos Does that imply Goanna eats more RAM too but is more capable, or no? Any newer engine would eat more RAM. If by capable you mean performance, in the end it depends on your installed RAM. The more RAM you have, the less the operating system swaps and better performance. Control RAM usage result on visiting newer sites or say that Goanna engine would perform better or wors

The engine is being constantly updated on roytam with the Goanna (PaleMoon engine) build, but it lags behind a few versions. K-meleon hasn't the man muscle to be super-up-to-date to web standards, as so PaleMoon.

Quoterodocop © JamesD (Is JamesD alive, does anyone know?) I don't want to bury anyone else, as I already did with Dorian, but he was over 7x years old about 10 years ago and we don't know about him since long ago, so... who knows? I don't know. If he is alive, with his health problems, might not be able to use the PC any more, maybe...
