I'm using 32.0.0.371 without problems to date. Check at Tools menu > Privacy (depending in your skin in toolbars too) that you are not blocking flash. You should see a play button if you are blocking it instead of the flash app. Also you should be able to whitelist for specific site too.

Yes, it does. But to be exact, it supports the Flash plug-in. You can let it detect for you or place the NPSWF32.dll in the plugins folder of its root folder installation.
