Thus it seems to be the problem of general misconfiguration of file associations and defaults on particular PC. Not the KM problem neither the Twin one. Thank you for feedback, James! And getting back to km17n.kmm - how do you think: is there way to use relative path (to k-meleon.exe from 1.7 folder) in sending page to 1.7 from 1.6 or this is impossible and just absolute one would work?

Why not? Most of KM-extensions don't affect its performance. And changing style through Stylish is more convenient. Anyway, you can copy userstyle code and maybe get some hint, key to your problem. I'm not familiar with CSS though, so cannot help more.

Thank you for feedback. No changes in original KM security config are made except for adding DNT-extension and some settings collected in TwinSetup macro. Also no changes in Password Manager.

SimonL, 1.5.4 is super outdated. But you can try the very last build based on latest betas (also slightly outdated) with incorporated Chrome engine (used only on demand) - K-Meleon Twin+. (see link below in my signature)

I can only say that this isn't KMeleon's problem. This is the problem of interaction between KM and your PC. Perhaps, you have some misconfiguration in your system. Or just try to clear system TEMP folder. Or something else...

I think you just need to setup new proxy (Tools->Proxy->Configure->New Configuration) - simply enter 127.0.0.1 as 'Host name or IP address' and 9666 as 'Port'. Name it 'Ultrasurf' (or as you like). And more, you 2.0 version of KM17n.kmm (without cmd-file) refused to work ever on my KM. What were the system specs, where you've got it working?
