About extensions folder , km can get 'chrome.manifest' in browser folder , but not able to read extensions 'manifest' files directly. I did fix the Old "SetDefault.exe" . Here's portable packages of km with the fixes in this post . the old KM Installer can be fix too, but i think that "flash pug" fix is in some service add to the system by the new Installer (i dont have the source files ). notes: like firefox mailto: work too.
