@JamesD, I already was going to recommend yesterday, as Siria's said, IrfanView. The batch convert to PNG selecting a transparent color for every image is a child's game. I just did now with the Aura that comes with K-meleon 74 that has both BMPs, with magenta and alpha. No pain at all to do. Not need to convert to GIF or other deep tasks. Weird, in Windows 2000 it is transparent, in XP SP2 (virtual machine) it's black :mad: I'll blame XP SP2 as it is a virtual machine and might not be playing fair, but RGBA BMPs in the toolbars work when aren't build with a macro. As some of this icons are taken from others maybe I have to remake them. My own were made with a vector program, so won't be a big deal. Do you plan smaller than 16x16?, bigger?
