In the KM74 thread, I don't know in which one exactly, it's said that doesn't work. But for me, worked at the first time without any troubles . LOL, changes, changes and changes. Finally I started doing things with another virtual machine and tested on XP SP2. It happens the same behavior as in Windows 2000. It's strange it doesn't happen to you the same. Also a file is created in the K-meleon Root without extension with the letter of the drive where it should load the boorkmarks from. The file is empty.

It happens with Firefox 27 too. Not a K-meleon bug. Looks like a GRE bug. In Opera doesn't happen, I guess the other browser where doesn't happen could be Chrome (as now share the same Webkit engine, even the Opera I'm using still uses Presto).
