Go to Edit > Preferences > Display and set a minimal font size. When all font sizes are equal to or bigger than the minimal font size, nothing will change on a page. When a font size is smaller than the min. font size, the effect depends on the design of the page. At least the fonts smaller than the min. font size are increased, sometimes all are encreased.
