toolbars ok, i need change kmeleon.general.toolbars_locked to true and kmeleon.tabs.fixedBar to false. Menu > Edit > Preferences > GUI Appearence > Toolbars > "Enable Customizable Toolbars" Makes no difference if is set to true or false.
