If every instance of KM "knows" the path to its own profile, it's enough to start it with the "-new" Command Line Option, either from a Windows shortcut or from ->Start -> Run. Btw, are you aware you can switch off the "URL" text being shown in front of the Urlbar? That's in F2 -> GUI Appearance -> Toolbars
