I've been using the RAMDisk9x with K-Meleon for several hours and I seem to notice that web pages appear to be opening not as fast as when I was using the Cache folder in KM/Profiles. I changed the cache path back to the KM folder, instead of the RAMDisk9x folder and the web pages seem to be loading a little faster. ndebord ... thanks for replying. The default setting on RAMDisk9x was 10 MB ... I thought I should increase that amount and decided on 50 MB. Jody .... just logged into Gmail and I'm not seeing what you are seeing. I use both KM 1.5.4 and the new 1.6 Beta on my notebook and when I log in I go right into my e-mail. siria ... just responding to your post ... since we both use Win 98SE ... I use Favorites and have had no problems with the new KM Beta version. I used IE6 for so many years and just use the Klassic skin with the Favorites tab. Not suggesting you change from Bookmarks to Favorites ... just letting you know I have had no problems using Favorites with the new version.
