Is there a possibility to enable/disable external plugins in KM like JAVA, WMP, Flashplayer, etc.?
Couldn't find a function like in Firefox.

in kmeleon menus:
click tools> privacy>
block java
block flash
... no such option available for wmp.. you can change how wmp associated files are handled in
edit>preferences> file handling> by type tab and select to either open those files or download them, hich will disable them from loading in the browser with wmp plugin

Well, you can.

Simply change the values from true to false of the browser configuration (about:config) preferences starting by "plugin.scan".

And delete the files inside plugins (NOT kplugins).

Here is a detailed explanation:

http://kb.mozillazine.org/Plugin_scanning

EDIT: on the fly only java and javascript can be changed.

My Firefox has only JavaScript and Java deaktivieren. sad smiley

Firefox can deactivate more plugins via about : config or via external npChooser.exe by Teruhisa Kamachi.

The Privacy Bar has buttons to kill: Flash objects and Java Applets on the fly
- it can deactivate Java, Javascript and gif animation.

K-Meleon has no out of the box WMP support. The switch to deactivate WMP comes with the WMP support installation from jujuland's K-Meleon extension page.

K-Meleon can also deactivate plugins via npChooser.exe by Teruhisa Kamachi.

That was what I'm looking for. Thank you.
