I just stumble across a "defect" or something in the Cookie Viewer

There is a "Search" bar in the cookie viewer, however there is no way to do searching

If I want to search for "google", for example, I type in "google", but after that, there is nothing else I can do since there is no search button available

Hopefully someone can take a look-see regarding this

What version are you using?

Not sure what you are asking. Are you trying to search cookies or just use internet search? AFAIK the search button should be avaiable by default.

View > Toolbars > Search Buttons should bring back the Search buttons.

Also, Alt+g should execute a Google search. For more screen real estate I edit out the search bar and use the URL bar for searches.

Edit > Preferences > Disk Cache > View > May be what you are looking for regarding cookies. The Memory Cache > View may also be of help but it's entries may be dynamic and may be cleared when all browser windows are closed.

Yes, I just found it. It's on tools menu (well I have the menus in Spanish so I can't tell you exactly where). But it's a KM dialog. There is no search button, or auto-search while typing doesn't work.

Tool > Privacy > View Data > View Cookies

There's a box to enter the item you wanna search

But there is no search button to launch the search

Type away and it automatically moves to cookies. No button needed.
