If You use AgentSwitch: add URL and reload till You get a normal display. I had to reload twice after adding. But I have been there before so... the number may vary.

p.s. The yellowish page with the error is shown when a XUL knowing browser encounters a XHTML or Chrome error. You can only get this error readout/indication with a Gecko browser (not with Opera or IE). If You see such pages consult K-Meleon's ErrorConsole2 it may tell You what is wrong.

Download works fine with my default agent, no switch:

Although I only see "???" between the word "...soft" and the filename. The filename has two "^" in it.
But: 7zip can't unzip it, with or without those ^^ in the filename.
A language prob?

the file could be corrupted, i didn't test the file but the problem is the weird trailing prefix of skydrive for every subdomain which makes it virtually impossible for the user to add every domain of skydrive..without using the ff useragent it will not open the page and display xml errors

Aah... now I see it too - am obviously way too used to always right-click on download files ;-P But a left-click shows the error here too, yes.
So that 7z-ending is a fake, in reality it's a webpage not a zip! No wonder the download can't be unzipped.

The web page of the link is bad formed. (Micro$HIT)

If you save link with right click and rename his extension to .html, you can edit the line with error to:

for (var i = 0; i<selfPageData.items.length; i++)

And load the web page from your local edited web page and you can download the file. (7.8 M
Default file name to download is: "-准圆_HandelGotD_Candara.7z-" (Micro$HIT again)
I renamed to: "准圆_HandelGotD_Candara.7z"
7zip checked is OK and the file can be unzipped.
PNG files inside are unrecognized, bad header.

I sent to MS-Live a message about this problem, and I also added the link www.geckoisgecko.org
The skydrive problem still persist. Anybody with a live account should do the same until they get it fixed. Maybe someone that writes good English.
Hotmail works OK.
