2 questions How do I install skins in K-meleon? Is there a way to show site icons such as Yahoo, Snapfiles, Google etc in my personal bar?
Thanks, John

1.) Download and unzip the skin You like - make sure they have the same folder structure as the default skins after unzipping (when they do not work they have a "deeper" structure - that is what happened to me when I installed the first new skin ).

Next You change used skin in Prefences, General, Skin (dropmenu).

2.) AFAIK not implemented.

Hello,
I have downloaded and unzipped the skins. They don't go into the dropdown menu. How do I get them there?
Thanks, John

copy the unzipped folder and paste it to K-Meleon skin directory.
Example:-

"C:\Program Files\K-Meleon\skins"

After restarting K-Meleon it takes effect.

It says display site icons, not favicons. I have it checked, but all of the icons look the same. No red Y for Yahoo or blue G for Google etc. That's what I'm looking for.
Thanks, John

I agree with John. All I see with site icons set to display is a blue box. Same blue box for every site. Just takes up space on the line for now. I am going to turn it off.

Ops, I did not check far enough. About one in twenty sites have an icon. I tried Yahoo.com but did not see one there. I only found two sites while looking at most of my favorites. Sourceforge and Choice Hotels were the only sites that showed icons. I guess the blue box is a placeholder.
