Hi everyone, i'm new to KMeleon and i would like to know if there's any way to stop KMeleon from changing focus to a new recently opened tab all the time (make it load the tab on background and stay on the one i'm seeing).

Like Firefox?
Yes:
Goto Tools (menu item between Groups and Help) > Mouse Shortcuts (near the middle of that menu) > set it to do like "Firefox" or "SeaMonkey".
