K-Meleon Crashes with FAVORITES Plugin Activated

Hello. I am new to K-Meleon. Finest browser I have ever met. I have 2 problems
needing solved. If I activate the Favorites the browser frequently crashes
when opening a new layer. If I turn these off it does great. It seemed
this problem had been fixed. See this post http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?1,73312. In the first posting Dorian
says - Fix favorites toolbar crash. And I never had any more crashes until 1 of
the subsequent updates. I am not sure which update started the problem again but
I believe it was the most recent one. The most recent does have the problem as I
have it installed.

Please visit the Crash Report Thread. Read the first post. Download and install the Crash Report Plugin. Next time K-Meleon is crashing, a dialog should pop up. Simply close it - do not send anything. Instead, open your Temp folder (type %temp% into Windows Explorer's adress bar and hit enter). Pack the following files into a zip archive:

k-meleon.dmp
k-meleon.xml

Send this zip archive through the form mentioned in the Crash Report Thread together with the infos about your system.

Kev, may I ask if you have more than one profile or KM on another computer have
you had to completely remove the Favorites plugin on any?

Yes. I did forget to add that I have to delete the offending plugins. The problem
does apply to KM, KM Pro and K-Ninja. The builds by Fred will not even open. They
just crash as they are opening.

Looks like a problem on your side. Might be missing system libraries. Or a version mismatch. Maybe caused by Windows Update? Or by another software installation?
