How to avoid focus on newly created tabs

Hi *,

in other Gecko browsers, when I don't want that a new tab get the focus, I simply keep pressed CTRL while clicking an URI. This method doesn't works with K-Meleon. Any new tab steals the focus whatever I do.

What I'm missing?

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

TIA,

Gianluca

If you right click on the URI there is a menu with an option to open in a background tab.

I've found a faster way (less mouse clicks) by uncommenting the default content under Edit->Configuration->Accelerators

Now, I can middle click on any link and the new tab opens in background! smiling smiley

Thanks anyway for your replies
