I attach a fixed version of es-ES.jar\browser\downloads\downloads.dtd, which lacked 6 lines that was breaking downloads history window (Ctrl-J) since 76RC inclusive. I added a translated version of these lines from another locale and tidied the file up with comments from correspondent one in fr.jar.

This fix applies to versions 76RC, 76RC2 and Goanna builds. Nevertheless, all downloads using any locale in these versions keep appearing as failed, but that is another story.
