Password Extractor is something I've been working on. Out of the box K-Meleon doesn't have a way to import or export passwords. I based Password Extractor on Justoff's Password Backup Tool, which improved the language support for the old Firefox extension Password Exporter. Password Extractor can export K-Meleon passwords to a comma-separated values (CSV) file. Web browsers like Chrome, Firefox, and Edge accept this format. So do password managers like KeePass.
Password Extractor transfers passwords between K-Meleon installations using its XML format. It can also import passwords using XML files from Password Exporter or Password Backup Tool. All 3 of them can import passwords from a CSV after conversion. I'm making simple scripts to automate importing passwords into K-Meleon from other browsers. The extensions are picky about formatting. I'm posting those conversion tools as webpages so that they're easily accesible for folks on New Moon, Mypal, Pale Moon, SeaMonkey, Basilisk, Waterfox Classic, and so on.
The extension supports localization, so I want to take advantage of that. I've updated the English and Russian translations and added a Spanish translation. If you spot issues with the Spanish or Russian, please post corrections. I'm going to add partial machine-translations for the other languages that K-Meleon supports out of the box (German, French, Italian, and Chinese) in future releases, and again any native speakers are welcome to help out. You don't need to know any programming; just post the incorrect and the corrected text.

+ Added an option to launch Password Extractor at the bottom of the "Tools" menu.
* Because the extension doesn't run correctly on KM74, I've removed the ability to install it on versions lower than 75
