I like nitter - but found if you've scrolled down a long thread in nitter and want to reply to a tweet there, you can open the selected tweet in a new tab then click the "open in Twitter" button to reply in Twitter Otherwise if you don't open the particular tweet in a new tab first, then clicking the "open in Twitter" button in nitter only opens the entire thread

I used an old Opera UA and js disabled on mobile twitter (from a desktop) to make it fast loading and save on data (I have a monthly limit) - now I get a "This browser is no longer supported" message. B*stards! Using other UA's that work - threads are real resource hogs Any suggestions

Invidio us has ended But there's a list of alternative instances on the invidio us page see which works best - just edit the address of existing invidio url in redirector options. I tested just now using redirector-2.9.3 in goanna on windows 7 still works with hooktube or invidio

Works better than ublock with chromium where... "there is a downside to using these as all videos will pause a moment after they have started. You can hit the play button to start playback anew though and watch the videos like you normally do" No pause with K-m

It only began recently here. With Chromium also - I tried blocking it with ublock origin chrome extension but it only blocks the content of the pop-up not the pop-up itself which leaves a large white empty box I copied this info from ublock Quote||consent.google.com/?continue=https://www.youtube.com/&origin=https://www.youtube.com&pc=yt&hl=en-GB&gl=GB&if=1&m=0

Yes, it solved the google search issue which was a relief. So I blocked the cookies youtube loads and the "sign in" nag still pops up. I double-checked after and no cookies had loaded. ???

Thanks siria my brain isn't in now, I'll experiment tomorrow. I use a touchpad on a notebook - mouse buttons gave me RSI, no such problems since swapping. So yes I drag with left click. In fact I use autohotkey scripts to remap left click to the windows key and right click to capslock. These are far easier to access than the silly little plastic left/right click rocker bar. Also b
