Hi rodo, just wondering - perhaps his problem is with portable versions in general, that old prob with write-protected program folder? In that case here it probably still helps to simply delete the empty profile.ini to get another profile location, but in general the traditional KM philosophy of storing everything inside its protected main folder (skin modifications, new macros by default etc.)
