No fault of Your system. FFox feature not supported by k-meleon ( who only supports only older bookmarks.html by Netscape ). K-Meleon can use FFox bookmarks.html but destroys the site icon on first saving - best only to bookmark such FFox bookmarks.html or work with back-up. greetings from Hannover

I had hoped there was an pluginsdoc francaise & that was better. The English and the German version of the pluginsdoc both forget to mention that You have to delete compreg.dat & xpti.dat in components folder after You add nsIMozAxPlugin.xpt to the components folder in your K-Meleon directory. One deletes the two after You add new *.xpt to that folder so that the 2 dat are regenerated
