Just to add after ALT+v select toolbars and then ensure then "menu" is checked. If ALt+v doesn't work left click on k-m to focus it first. Like with early IE versions the menu toolbar can be collapsed to only show >> if you want to retain space.

Wunderground doesn't crash latest Goanna version 76.2 but I found it slow loading on my low power netbook. k-m isn't great with javascript on many sites - but you can easily toggle it off with F7 key for faster loading (if you don't need videos and animations on a page) A way to get around that is to send the page to another browser See my post, end of this thread http:/

Thanks, I'll look at other searches I've noticed that with js disabled google doesn't display a full menu - all - images - news etc. "Tools" - which I use a lot to access custom date searches - is one of the missing items. I could toggle js on and off but it gets boring having to do so.

Thanksfor your efforts siria, but no change with either new version or saving with utf-8 Syntax looks O'K but any file with pasted list doesn't work. It's not that I changed something, the list I had working, just suddenly stopped working. I've finished manually building up my list mentioned above again so that is O'K

Thanks - I've set it to true. Working now. I tried V1 again and then edited some of siria's entries - Fine. But when I copied and pasted in my previous more extensive list - not working. So I trimmed that down to one entry - still not working. Reverted to siria's original list - fine added some entries manually - fine

Thanks all, informative as ever. The reason I asked was I manually edited a saved webpage in a text editor and when I opened the edited version in k-m it kept on opening new tabs until I got into windows task manager - the pc was slowing drastically - and shut k-m down Phew! Never had that happen before - I've often edited saved pages.

I have the latest goanna. the max number of tabs before warn in about:config (maxOpenBeforeWarn) is set to 15. I opened more than 15 but didn't get any warning - any idea why? I'm happy to set 15 as a max limit. I don't use many at one time.
