It looks like the KM 75.1 installer/uninstaller version (helper.exe) is v75.0 and the version of the K-meleon 75.1 browser shown in the Programs & Features control panel section of Vista/7/8/10 says "K-meleon 75.0 (x86 en-US)" :O. Someone forgot to change/update the installation version info for K-meleon 75.1 completely.
