Thanks, Adblock plus has been installed after downloading from the author's site. Everthing is OK. The version obtained is less recent than the firefox's.

OK. Thanks you very much. I have the explanation. In fact, it doesn't create anything ! The normal kmeleon bookmarks file still exists with its original bookmarks.

PS 2 The normal bookmarks file exists too. It has been created yet and was delivered with K-meleon. It does not contain my bookmarks : C:\Documents and Settings\Pierre\Application Data\K-Meleon\default\bvbxs3tr.slt\bookmarks.html I don't use it.
