@alain: IMHO Your adaption of Mozilla spell checker should be included by default. p.s. The different national dictionaries are no problem in the national issues I would not waste effort into yet another spell checker (unless You use it Yourself).

- Is it needed often enough to warrant inclusion into kko's panel? We could easy add the font.askWhenNeeded to *.js in next GRE update so that it can be toggled from about:config. p.s. for me a candidate for inclusion into national issues is alain's Mozilla spell checker extension and the suitable national (es-ES or de-DE or...) dictionary.

Go to the older "Preferences" to reactivate JavaScript, Prefernces -> the second item from the top has a submenue that lets You do it. p.s. You possibly deactivated JavaScript with an accel (F7, a toggle). AFAIK the Advanced Prefernces item is still grayed out because the exe/dll Preferences overrule the newer XUL Advanced Preferences / all Prefernces will be moved to the XUL

There are three different chrome.dll (plus their xpt). I am too lame to compile but they come from the GRE compilation which can be influenced by parameters. That is what I heard anyway. You would search for it params at Mozilla.org build documentation. I always used/scavanged dll freely available with specific K-Meleon. The files were mostly/normally compiled by Dorian. 1.) You need the Netscape plugin for flashplayer ( I have 9 ) plus a software that shows the movie. AFAIK the Youtube player is made with flash and it shows movie (mpeg or other extension e.g. Media Player shows that). To do the movie job. You could install activeX support from alain's page.
