Oh, so you must use the new skin!!! I use the old because the new didn't work with transparencies under Windows 2000. I'm going to test right now because I need to understand what is happening. Forget the following test, I was setting more " then needed. For example, I'm using with an old personal macro this "pluginmsg(toolbars, "SetButtonImage", "

QuoteJamesD JohnHell Sorry to be so slow, but sometimes life gets in the way of computing. Not sure what you mean by "changed dynamically", but here is what I have done. The HOT image is what you see when the cursor is on the icon/button. The COLD image is what you see when cursor is not on the icon/button. The DEAD image is what you see when the cursor is not on the icon/butto

Yesterday night I tested a little about this, and if I didn't make anything wrong with setcmdicon, menu icons and toolbars icons, can't be changed dynamically so, as said in my last post, just choose the couple of icons that better fit to the functions from your point of view

QuoteJamesD JohnHell Great icons! Thanks. QuoteJohnHell 1st could be enabled, 2nd ask, 3rd disabled. Do you wish for me to amend macro to include the "ask" possibility? If so, what shall I use for HOT? Perhaps the HOT could just be a blank. Asking me now that makes me think I went too far. I just "copied" the style of your image making the assumption that there

QuoteJamesD but I am not so good on pictures. A better one is needed. They are fine, but just for fun, I redraw a couple of adapted from FlashBlock icon. One in PNG+alpha format, BMP+magenta the other, just in case one or the other transparency doesn't look fine. 1st could be enabled, 2nd ask, 3rd disabled. http://www.mediafire.com/file/m1yxyl87oc4p1l9/flashB.zip

QuoteAnixx Even if to access the sites most bookmarks icons do not get updated/loaded. Do you have in preferences panel > cache > to cache website icons enabled? It was buggy in the past maybe it works in the latest.

Even though, after what pointed 4td8s about Opera, that it used to be (Presto versions, till 12.xx) very standard compliant, if someone tests with the latest Gecko engine to be sure this is not a bug in the Gecko versions used in K-meleon, better. I don't ask for Chrome, because I bet it displays correctly there, but what it is interesting for us is Gecko.

It is explained here at 9nth point (scrolling a little): http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/visuren.html It displays what happens with blocked elements like P. DIV is another block. Unless clear is specified, they surround the float as inline. Note too, that when the float was given the 100% of width, what happens is move the block to the right if nothing makes the block to wrap to the left.

Quote4td8s QuoteAnixx The Win10 forums are not displayed correctly: https://www.tenforums.com/customization/21324-3d-borders-taskbar-possible.html confirmed. this is happening with not just that forum topic. it's happening with ANY forum thread there. Yes it happens to every thread. Quote4td8s well Johnhell, I DO use Win10 (the v1607 build 14393 kind) on one of my PCs. Didn&#

QuoteAnixx The Win10 forums are not displayed correctly: https://www.tenforums.com/customization/21324-3d-borders-taskbar-possible.html Right now, this can't be fixed. It may be related, or not with some unsupported CSS values if in newer versions works. I tried to dig a few weeks ago what was causing it, but as I don't use Windows 10, I just didn't bother too much. O

Quotesiria QuoteJody ThorntonWow! I can't believe this isn't garnering more interest. We're just way too little people here, and no dev around most of the time. Just a few fellow users, with more or less skills, trying to help others, but that's very limited what we can do. John, not sure if you've seen my link above to the PM forum. Perhaps there are more links f

To be fair, Jody, I don't use Facebook much, less logged-in, and even, most probably in mobile version. I didn't even dig what was that about CORS in Pale Moon. What did they exactly do? Because CORS if stands for what I know, it means the permissions for cross origin domain access policies, what is nothing that a browser can do, but target servers. Can you post a link to that

QuoteYogi QuoteJohnHell BTW, I didn't know Yandex had similar one. Checking.... AFAIK Yandex' original code was based on Opera (the new one not Presto). At leat that was the case at the time when I was still active on the Opera forums (under a different nickname). Yandex search engine, not browser. I didn't know there was a browser by Yandex either xD But Yandex Reverse I

QuoteYogi BTW, I assume that JohnHell got that page the same way I did. Yes, no, yes, well, I mean, I browse with K-meleon user agent by default, without compatibility user agent, and without Javascript, so I have to enable them everytime I want to use Google Reverse Image Search (GRIS). But, with default settings, K-meleon out of the box, every user should be able to see that page. T

Quotesiria Does it need JS? Of course. JS + Firefox Agent Quotesiria Does it really work for you? Which UA exactly? Have an example pic? What I do is enable compatMode with preference "general.useragent.compatMode.firefox" what gives in K-meleon 75 the following user-agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.0; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0 K-Meleon/75.0 What I meant by

QuoteAnixx It says F9 toggle loading of pictures. When it toggled, there is no pictures AT ALL. Otherwise there are only small pictures. JS is not toggled by F9. But it is enabled in the settings. If you are not registered on that site clicking on the small previews on the main page will redirect you to the login form (in other browsers). In KM the screen only becomes darker. F9 is for tog

Quotesiria Grmpf... no luck here. Searched around in the addon and found this in the bootstrap.js: https://images.google.com/searchbyimage?image_url=imageurl But doesn't seem to work, google redirects to a normal search page That happens because you have to set the user agent to Firefox. A newer Firefox, or it won't work.

Quoterodocop I've created PowerFolder account for K-Meleon community. PowerFolder gives not so much space for free (1Gb - 5Gb) but it's convenient as it allows direct and updateable links. (for example - if you upload new version of some stuff without renaming it, it keeps the link given once. Very good to share in public!) Is that meaning that the file gets overwritten to keep the

Updated first post with the link. MediaFire was trolling me and I uploaded it like 3 or 4 times, but it didn't confirmed the upload (I hate when it does that).

Quoteadodupan What a crazy story Lucky my man, you are really special character. But you have my sympathy. Code above is a way to avoid this bug and it doing its job, of course. This is so simple, i'm not sure i can explain this better. Email is a shortcut for me, it's just faster than this, because i can't attach files here. So, only thing i still can do is show you how it l

Don't forget this QuoteJohnHell To ensure that all works, delete, as well, the startupCache folder in the profile directory before start K-meleon again. In case it will not work again, send me your email, you will get edited files. Good luck It's not about wrongly e

Quoteadodupan QuoteJohnHell I can't make the window to remember the size and, for whatever reason, it takes the kmeleon.display.xul values, instead of what I tell. Looks like setting a persist and an id, doesn't help. It would be nice surprise that working as expected. What? Broken in K-meleon or in XUL. Quotejgf Interesting. The exception - "kmeleon.plugins.bookmarks.load" - is the one not present. Probably because it is a default preference, but if you look at the url about:config and search for it, you might have it set to true. Anyay, did removing those preferences, mentioned in my earlier post, have any effect on your problem? Also, have you tried a fresh new profile to

Quotesiria QuoteJohnHellSo you don't have the Bookmarks menu, you don't have the Bookmarks button, which means that the Bookmarks plugin is disabled LOL! You're right, didn't notice myself, but if the text menu is missing (and wasn't tampered with by user, very unlikely here) it can only mean the whole plugin is just disabled! Only can't understand either that it
