Unless you have clean, fresh, untouched profile, have you already tested with a new Profile: (command line or modified shortcut) k-meleon.exe -new -P newprofilename

Quotegiro1991 I see no stairs, seems the AI is undermining itself lol Actually it does what it should. The most people clicks on skip, the most would "understand/learn" that those stairs, aren't stairs.

One of the things most hate of the XP Windows flavour are the error sounds. After some time I end But, thank god, there are some pleasures with people with some rhythm out there and this helps a lot to relax from they annoying bells: http://www.mediafire.com/file/kviyg678n74a0b3/robbi-985_aka_somethingunreal_-_xp_sounds_attempt_extended_version_%2528zaycev.net%2529.mp3/file One of the

Quoteanonymous How can I reset my password? Only and admin can do. But if you have done what is told in the fist post of this thread and in the forum front page, you won't be able to change it later. And if you already requested to reset your password to the phorum, I don't know if that would involve the same block status and you won't be able to change it later. I haven'

Quoteroytam1 Bundled kplugins have already fixed that part of interface code and recompiled. Good to know As siria pointed out, no one, or no one with the dedicated time to do it, plus knowledge, is around here anymore, so would be a big problem. After all, macros.dll is a kplugin and the core and soul of K-meleon itself. Without it will just become a headless "chicken" shell

QuoteZvonko Thank you very much, JohnHell! Now this seems to be clear. Sorry for my misunderstandings... However, it is clear now that the javascript on-the-fly method is not the answer to my specific question. May I conclude that the shortest answer to my initial question (in the sense it was meant) would be: There are no methods which could be applied with KM to replace the currently dis

QuoteZvonko Could you please explain this question more exactly? I don't think it can be explained further. Have you read the link above, its main content?. That is what JavaScript can do. QuoteZvonko I want to read (extract, save) the html code of the page If you mean that you need to save it to disk for whatever reason, no, JavaScript can't do that directly. But K-meleon can

A page has HTML, the HTML is accessed through DOM (Document Object Model) and you can change whatever you want. If you are going to learn it, have a look to that W3Schools.com link. For example, if you have a form with an input, you could remove that input and replace it with another, then, when you click on submit you would be submitting the new input. Consider the HTML of any page, not as

QuoteZvonko But would it also be possible (say: at least theoretically) to "infiltrate" this changed code into the browser (in place of the original one)??? To then click on Submit and send the automatically inserted inputs? Is what major sites do everyday with AJAX, so, yes, if you know the page, and you know enough JavasScript, yes, you can modify the live HTML of a page and subm

Quotesmallhagrid Thanks for replying folks !! Backing up is no problem, I do that anyhow. First, backup all, the installation folder, as we don't know what you have changed and where, and if the profile is not in the installation folder, find it, and backup it, as we don't know either. And, after that, your question has a broad answer depending on what does it mean to you "tweaks, settings, etc"?

Quoteyoshito I see... Due to ID_CLOSE_ALLOTHERTAB, I have thought it is possible. I stand ID_CLOSE_ALLOTHERTAB The point is that you can, but you can't discriminate between left or right. If you just want a button, without care to close those at left, or right, except the current focus tab, yes, that command ID is for it, and a button could be appended to the toolbar, but, as said, it c

QuoteKM2005 QuoteJohnHell If I recall correctly, K-meleon 76 used Gecko 38. KM77, is working. K-meleon 76 and above, so, Goanna, that is quite newer than Gecko 38, obviously, can handle the recaptchas. As I said above, from 75.1. and below, won't work

Quoteroytam1 Can socat handle its jobs? I don't know what socat is (by a search look like a linux utility) and what answer do you expect. So, no clue If you mean if you can tunnel it through stunnel, under linux, probably yes. I don't know. The builds are available to Linux so...

There are quite a few here using old systems, and I don't mean OS only, but hardware that is still 32-bit only. If you ever had to use Stunnel, a software to give TLS/(SSL) capabilities to non-ones, just tell that from 5.50 it will only run on 64-bit systems and, therefore, hardware that is only 64-bit. https://www.stunnel.org/ A bit harder to keep on old PCs. However, I guess that your provided fixed omni.ja is not for substitute the current omni.ja, just because it is very short size, so I updated the content of current omni.ja adding the content of your fixed omni.ja but it doesn't work for me. Probably my bad. It is complicated to do this update imho for non power users. This bug also affects KMeleon 76 RC2 and RC2 Pro by the way, no

Quotepapa I'm running K-Meleon 75.1 out of the box on Windows 7 Professional. I'm not going to build an environment just to test that (I'm using 75.0 in other system), but I used it and I hadn't problems with those redirects in the past with K-meleon 75.1. Anyway, unless you need to test it against that version, you can try the latest, that even at front page appears as t

Off-topic of the off-topic: There is where rich languages like Spanish wins, by far, over any condensed language (same word for multiple meanings). And there is where translators have the bigger problems. Unless economizing words in phrases to make them shorter (sadly, lately this is happening a lot with new generations (imperative and infinitive verbs )), or intentionally harder to underst

The latest, and after the information given by siria, the latest, understood with the most updated engine, is the Goanna version, so use it, but remember to give that information when you need help. Not all have that same version and not all things work the same on both 76. As user agent changer, I guess you can use one of these macros: http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?9,143898 http

What v76 version exactly? Official? Goanna? Please, provide such information when trying to get help from others or report so others can test it. Make sure you have set your mail client from the control panel. After that the registry entry should be created and enabled the mailto protocol again.
